1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concerned? 
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? 

日本語に訳すと下記でしょうか。

  1. 真実かどうか？
  2. 関係者全員に公平か？
  3. 好意とより深い友情を深めるか？
  4. 関係者全員にとって有益か？
